Hi I'm Katelyn—I create with curiosity and lead with love
I'm a Product Design student at Cal Poly and currently design digital experiences for PG&E's Wildfire Operations teams, combining user research, information architecture, and visual design to make complex information more accessible. Through field studies and cross-functional collaboration with IT and Brand teams, I create digital and print collateral that authentically reflect the people they serve while adhering to organizational brand guidelines.
I'm passionate about designing at the intersection of technology and human behavior, with experience spanning SaaS products, mobile applications, UX research, and human-AI interaction. Recently, I presented my research on reflective AI use in design at the National Conference of Undergraduate Research (NCUR) alongside 5,000 undergraduate researchers.
